Apartment
The two bedroom apartment is placed on the ground floor. The Finca offers a spacious living and dining room with a pull-out couch, TV, fireplace and air conditioning, and a well equipped American kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, kettle, toaster, pancake and coffee maker. The modern, beautiful decorated house disposes of a bathroom with a WC and shower, and two bedrooms with double beds. The dining hall opens to a spacious terrace, where you have the possibility to serve the dinner outside, listen to the crickets chirping and enjoy the magnificent view over the countryside.
Outdoor area
A private swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace and a huge garden with lots of tropical plants, offering an authentic Mediterranean outdoor living experience. The pool has a size of 8x3.5 meters and a depth of 1.50, and provides an integrated bench inside where you can relax with friends or play with your children. Additionally, with beach chairs to enjoy the sunshine, an outdoor shower, a second terrace with a big table, chairs and a barbecue house, the 1000m2 piece of land is ideal for relaxing, dinners, parties or playing in the garden. Furthermore, you will have almost no neighbours or traffic noises.

More information
The apartment is placed on the ground floor – the apartment and the whole, huge garden with the pool, BBQ house and terraces are for your own, private use only. The flat on the first floor will be rented as well, but without access to these areas mentioned and shown here. The Finca is located on the countryside in Brstanovo, so therefore a car is recommended – free parking spots are available. The price includes bed linen, air conditioning in the living room and internet. Please note that the wifi standard in Croatia isn't as high as we're used to in other countries – while the connection is usually very good, interruptions can occur.
